I am a Southern documentarian sharing Southern stories.

I am a photographer who believes in the power of using imagery to tell a story.

My work is dedicated to Southern vernacular documentary work, but I have experience in portraiture, event, and fine art photography.

Growing up in Birmingham, Alabama, has heavily influenced all of the work that I do. I am critical of the power imbalances, corruption, and misrepresentation that are often present in many Southern states and beyond.

However, I also capture the beauty, love, and peace that the South encompasses as well.

I am keen about getting these narratives out into the world.

With this, I hope to inspire the next generation through my work to speak out and pursue art, since I had limited art exposure in my youth.

I have been published by Oxford American, Artpil, and exhibited in

SCAD’s Fine Art Showcase in the spring and fall of 2025.
