December 12, 2025, I had my second foot surgery.
My second tarsal coalition.
Absolute hell.
Since my foot surgery, I’ve had to relearn how to do everything again.
From being bedridden and crying because of the pain,
To walking,
To driving,
To everything.
(I’ve felt like a baby deer 🦌)
So, I documented what I saw from the passenger side window, while being driven along I-20 West in Alabama.
Yet, I never reached Tuscaloosa.
Curse that extra bone - see you again in 10 years. I miss my car.
